Jackson Points to 'Power Surge' Not 'Power Grab'

In a letter to the East Lothian Courier, Conservative Chairman Tim Jackson has taken on the SNP over its repeatedly false claims about a Westminster "power grab". In fact, quite the opposite is the case: we're about to see a 'power surge' to Holyrood under the UK Conservative Government.
